Junior season (2001)
Struggled with injuries during his junior season, but still showed some of the form which had made him one of the SEC’s top young hurdling prospects … Just missed qualifying for his first NCAA Indoor Championship with a season best time of 7.85 at the LSU Last Ditch … His high provisional mark just missed the cut … Finished 10th at the SEC Indoor Championships in a time of 8.01 … During the outdoor season he came up with his top effort in the season opener, clocking a time of 14.03w at the SEC Triangular at Bernie Moore Track Stadium … Finished 16th in the 110-meter hurdles at the SEC Outdoor Championships.

Sophomore season (2000)
Continued to develop into one of the SEC’s top hurdlers while also qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the second straight year… Finished third in the 110-meter hurdles at the SEC Outdoor Championships for the second consecutive year where he ran a season-best time of 13.75, just off his PR in the event … Just missed advancing to the semifinals for the second straight year at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, running a 14.05 in the preliminary heats … Won the title at the LSU Alumni Gold Relays, running a legal 13.80 to blow away the field by nearly half a second … Finished fifth in the 110-meter hurdles at the USTCA National Championships in Austin with a time of 13.85 … During the indoor season he just missed qualifying for his first NCAA Indoor meet, coming up with a season-best NCAA provisional time of 7.82 at the LSU Twilight … Finished third in the qualifying rounds of the SEC Indoor Championships in a time of 8.08, just missing the final … Posted the third best 60-meter dash time by a Tiger during the indoor season, a 6.91 at the LSU Twilight.

Freshman season (1999)
Performed beyond all expectations as a freshman, qualifying for the NCAA Championships in the 110-meter hurdles with a blazing time of 13.74 and reaching the semifinal round … Qualified at the LSU Last Ditch at Bernie Moore Stadium after entering the meet with a season-best time of 13.92w … Finished third at the SEC Outdoor Championships with an NCAA provisional time of 13.95 … Finished fifth in the 110-meter hurdles at the Texas Relays with a time of 13.92w … Ran the on the Tigers’ two fastest relay squads of the year, running the third leg on the group that ran a time of 39.54 and placed fourth at the Texas Relays and the opening leg of the fourth place relay at the SEC Championships (39.69) … Picked up a win in his first career outing during the indoor season, taking the 60-meter hurdle title at the LSU Purple Tiger in 7.98 … Followed that up with a second place finish at the LSU Seven-Team Invitational in a time of 8.00 … Came up with his best outing of the indoor season at the Hokie Invitational in Blacksburg,Va., where he flirted with the NCAA provisional standard, finishing fourth in a time of 7.95.

Was the Louisiana State 3-A Champion in the 110-meter hurdles in 1997 and 1998 … In 1997 he ranked fifth nationally among junior 110-meter hurdlers and eighth among 55-meter hurdlers … In 1998 he ranked second nationally in the 110-meter hurdles … Ended his career as two-time 110-meter hurdle State Champion, three-time District and Regional Champion and anchored two State Champion 4×200 meter relay teams.
