2025 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE AT WASHINGTON STATE)
Qualified for the 400 meter at the NCAA West First Round… took first in the Pac-12 Open with a time of 39.59 seconds in the 4×100-meter relay… second in the 400m at the Whitworth Last Chance with a time of 46.65 seconds… took first in the 400m with a time of 46.10 seconds and second in the 200 meter with a time of 21.26 seconds at the WSU Cougar Classic… took first in the 200m at the Whitworth Jeffrahn Classic… opened the season taking first in the 4×100-meter relay at the Aztec Invitational.
2025 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE AT WASHINGTON STATE)
Took first in the 200 meter and the 4×400-meter relay at the MPSF Indoor Championships… at the meet, clocked a 200m personal-best time of 20.72 seconds… opened the year clocking a 60-meter PR of 6.69 seconds and a 300-meter PR of 32.73 seconds at the Spokane Indoor Invitational to finish top three in both events… took first in the 400 meter at the Riverfront Invitational with a time of 46.22 seconds… finished first in the 4×400 and second in the 200m at the Spokane Sports Showcase… finished second in the 4×400 at the UNM Team Open.
2024 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN AT WASHINGTON STATE)
A qualifier in the 400 meter and the 4×400-meter relay at the NCAA West First Round… clocked a personal-best time of 45.87 seconds in the 400m at the Pac-12 Outdoor Championships to finish seventh… at the conference meet, took third in the 4×400 and fourth in the 4×100-meter relay… took first in the 100 meter, 200m and 4×100 at the Cougar Classic Invitational… finished first in the 200m and 4×100 at the Oregon State High Performance meet… clocked a 100m personal-best time of 10.71 seconds at the Stanford Invitational, also finished first in the 4×100 at the meet… opened the year taking second in the 400m at the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta… took first in the 400m, second in the 4×400 and third in the 4×100 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
2024 INDOOR (FRESHMAN AT WASHINGTON STATE)
Competed in six meets during his freshman indoor campaign… opened the season taking first in the 4×400-meter relay and third in the 300 meter at the Spokane Sports Showcase… took first in the 400 meter at the Whitworth University Invitational with a personal-best time of 46.45 seconds… finished second in the 60 meter at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial with a personal-best time of 6.79 seconds… finished first in the 4×400 at the Arkansas Qualifier with their time of 3:06.40… took first in the 4×400 and second in the 200 meter at the Riverfront Invitational.
PRIOR TO COLLEGE – Lake Stevens HS
Captured bronze at the 2023 Pan American U20 Championships in the men’s 400m… finished sixth in the 2023 USATF U20 Championships at Hayward Field… finished runner-up in the 2022 USATF National Junior Olympics in the boys 400m (47.65)… was the Washington 4A State Champion in both the 200m (21.34) and 400m (46.62) as a senior at Lake Stevens High School in Washington… was also a leader on the Lake Stevens HS 4X100m relay team that finished runner-up, and a 4X400m relay team that won the state title in 2023… graduated high school as the Lake Stevens program record holder in the 100m, 200m, and 400m.

Born on April 15, 2005, in Layton, Utah… son of Gina and Jacob Buckmiller… has four siblings… plans to pursue a degree in film and television at LSU.
