Closed her season with First Team All-American honors and an eighth-place finish in the 4×400-meter relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a time of 3:31.05… recorded a PR and No. 9 performance in LSU history of 52.60 seconds in the 400m to finish 11th at the SEC Indoor Championships… finished fifth in the 4x400m relay at the SEC Championships with the No. 6 performance in LSU history of 3:30.07… helped LSU to a new DMR program record of 10:55.27 at the Alex Wilson Invitational to finish second… finished first in the 4x400m relay with 3:32.96 and second in the 600 yard with 1:19.13 at the Corky Classic to open her season… recorded a PR in the 200m with a time of 23.79 seconds at altitude during the New Mexico Collegiate Classic… helped the 4x400m relay to a second-place finish at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 3:33.7.. 2023 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
White finished her 2023 season on fire; taking home three medals at the NACAC U23 Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, 4×400-meter relay, and the 4×400-meter mixed relay… her time of 56.94 seconds for the 400m hurdles at the NACAC U23 Championships to take bronze was a season-best time… helped LSU to a 15th-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, earning her Second Team All-American honors… qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in both the 400m hurdles and the 4×400… finished 13th in the 400m hurdles at the SEC Outdoor Championships… helped set the LSU and meet DMR record of 10:59.86 at the Texas Relays… opened the season with the 4×400 team taking first at the LSU Battle on the Bayou… finished first in the 400m hurdles at the LSU Lloyd Wills Invitational… finished fifth with the 4×400 team at LSU Alumni Gold… took fifth in the 400m hurdles at the LSU Invitational… USTFCCCA Second Team All-American (4×400).
2023 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
Competed in two meets during the indoor season… finished eighth in the 200 and sixth in the 4×400-meter relay at the Red Raider Open to open up her season.
2022 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Went top-15 in two events at the NCAA Outdoor Championships to close out her first year as a Tiger, taking 14th in the 400-meter hurdles and 11th in the 4×400-meter relay… recorded a personal-best time of 56.73 seconds in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA East Preliminaries… qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in both the 400m hurdles and the 4×400… finished ninth at the SEC Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles… recorded a 400 meter PR of 52.70 seconds a the LSU Battle on the Bayou… finished first in the 4×400 and second in the 400m hurdles at the LSU Joe May Invitational… opened the outdoor season with a second-place finish in the Baldy Castillo Invitational… took fourth with the 4×400 team at the Texas Relays… finished second with the 4×400 team at the Tom Jones Memorial Invite… placed fourth at the LSU Invitational in the 400m hurdles… USFTCCCA Second Team All-American (400mH, 4×400).
2022 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Finished her first season off as a Tiger earning First Team All-American honors for helping the 4×400-meter relay team to a seventh-place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships… finished fifth in the 4×400 and eighth in the DMR at the SEC Indoor Championships… clocked a collegiate 200-meter personal best of 23.99 seconds to take sixth at the New Mexico Collegiate classic… also took fourth in the 400 at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic… opened up her collegiate career with a fifth-place finish with her teammates in the 4×400 at the Red Raider Open… helped the 4×400 team to a third-place finish at the Razorback Invitational… USTFCCCA First Team All-American (4×400).
PRIOR TO LSU – Hydel HS
A promising young talent in the sprints and hurdles, White owns personal bests of 57.28 in the 400-meter hurdles and 52.77 in the 400-meter dash… a World Athletics U20 Championships’ finalist for the 400-meter hurdles in 2021… ran her PR of 57.28 to be crowned the Jamaican U20 National Champion in 2021… ranked eighth in the world in 2021 and 10th in 2020 amongst U20 400-meter hurdlers… she won gold at the 2018 CARIFTA Games as part of Jamaica’s U17 4×400-meter relay team helping her squad to a readout of 3:38.39.

Born on August 29, 2002, in St. Ann, Jamaica… daughter of Jason White and Stacey Ann Lewis… has four siblings… plans on pursuing a degree in sport administration at LSU.
