PRIOR TO COLLEGE – Vandebilt HS
A two-time state champion during her track & field career with Vandebilt High School… took gold in the 1600 meter with 5:15.98 at the LHSAA state championship outdoors… also took first in the 4×800-meter relay at the state championships with a time of 10:00.33… held personal-best times of 2:17.26 (800m), 5:12.3 (1600m) and 5:19.32 (mile) in track & field… runner-up at the LHSAA State XC Championship as an eighth grader with a time of 22:45.2 in the three mile… held a personal-best time of 18:09.6 in the three mile for cross country.
