SENIOR SEASON (2019-20)
Started the season off with a win against Tulane in the 100-Yard Butterfly after touching the wall in 54.95… In the same meet, took home the bronze in the 200-Yard Butterfly with a 2:04.03… Won the 100-Yard Butterfly at the TYR Fall Classic with a time of 54.82… Won the 100-Yard Fly at Auburn with a time of 55.06 and came in second in the 200-Yard Fly with a time of 2:01.44… Had a pair of second place finishes against SMU with times of 54.65 and 2:01.85 in the 100 and 200-Yard Fly… Notched three top-10 finishes at the SMU Invitational – finished second in both the 100 and 200-Yard Fly with times of 53.42 and 1:59.29 and finished in seventh place in the 50-Yard Free with a time of 23.49… Claimed the gold against Missouri in the 100-Yard Fly with a time of 53.94 and the silver in the 200-Yard fly with a time of 1:59.48… In a dual meet against Delta State Helen won both the 50-Yard Freestyle with a time of 23.92 and then 100-Yard Butterfly with a time of 55.14…Came first in the 100-Yard Fly against Florida State with a time of 53.94 and first again in the 200-Yard Fly with a 1:58.72…In a dual meet against Texas A&M she finished second in the 100-Yard Fly with a time of 54.85 and third in the 200-Yard Fly with a 2:01.23…In a Tri meet against Houston and Rice she finished first in the 200-Yard Fly with a time of 1:59.68 and first again in the 100-Fly with a 54.23… At the 2020 SEC Championships, finished in 19th place in the 100-Yard Fly with a career-best time of 52.96 and 23rd place in the 200-Yard Fly with a time of 2:00.01.

JUNIOR SEASON (2018-19)
Started off the season with a second place finish against Navy and UCONN in the 200-Yard Butterfly with a time of 2:01.70 … Earned her fist individual win of the season on Day Two of same meet with a 55.03 in the 100-Yard Butterfly … Took the silver against Florida in the 100-Yard Butterfly with a time of 54.61 … Won the 200-Yard Butterfly against Tulane and Loyola with a time 2:01.94 … Against Houston and Rice, won the 100-Yard Butterfly with a time of 54.32 … Won the same event against Texas A&M with a time of 54.01 … At the 2019 SEC Championships, touched the wall in 53.23 in the 100-Yard Butterfly to finish in 21st place … Finished in 19th place in the 200-Yard Butterfly with a time of 1:57.53.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2017-18)
Opened the season strong as part of the 200-yard medley relay team that won with a time of 1:44.16 against Tulane and Loyola … Followed up with a victory as part of 200-yard medley relay team and a second place individual finish in the 200-yard butterfly with times of 1:43.43 and 55.18 respectively against SMU … Placed third in the “B” final of the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 54.13 at the Art Adamson Invitational … Part of the 400-yard freestyle relay that placed second with a time of 3:34.70 against Georgia … Recorded a personal-best time of 52.68 as a member of the 400 yard freestyle relay team that placed third against Texas A&M … Recorded personal-best times in the 100 and 200-yard butterfly with times of 53.50 and 1:59.83 placing 16th and 27th respectively at the SEC Championships … Named to SEC Academic Honor Roll.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2016-17)
Swam the third leg of the 200 medley relay to help place second against Vanderbilt … Compiled a second-place finish in the 100 fly and a third-place finish in the 200 fly in her first collegiate meet against the Commodores … Finished third in the ‘B’ final of the 100 fly and fifth in the ‘B’ final of the 200 fly in the FGCU Classic … Also swam the second leg for the 200 free relay team that placed first in the ‘B’ final of the FGCU Classic … Took fourth in both the 100 and 200 fly against Auburn … Placed 13th overall in the 100 fly at the Art Adamson Invite … Picked up a 12th-place finish in the 200 fly at Art Adamson … Touched the wall third in the 100 fly against Alabama … Swam the third leg for the 200 and 400 medley relay squads that both placed second in the quad meet against Houston, Rice, Tulane … Also anchored the 200 free relay that took third in the quad meet … Placed 36th and 37th overall in the 100 and 200 fly, respectfully at the SEC Championships.

PRIOR TO LSU
A four-year letter winner for the Shore Regional HS varsity swim team under coach Kathryn McGowan and member of the Central Jersey Aquatic Club under coach Corrina Weinkofsky … A four-time member of the First-Team All-Shore Conference team and a one-time member of the Third-Team All-State team … Broke school record in the 100 fly, 50 free, 100 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay and 200 medley relay … Broke the New Jersey HS record for the 100 fly … A four-time Shore Regional HS MVP, A four-time Monmouth County 100 fly champion … A four-time Shore Conference 100 fly champion … Placed fourth in the 100 fly at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions junior year and third in the 100 fly at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions senior year … Named three-time Scholastic All-American.
