JUNIOR SEASON
Against GCU, placed fourth in the 200-yard breast with a time of 2:23.31… At the Rocky Mountain Invitational, she finished seventh in the 200-yard breast with a time of 2:28.09… Against Alabama, took third place in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:22.18 and sixth place in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:04.89… At the Art Adamson Invitational, finished in 22nd place for the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:04.47 and 24th place in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:22.71… Against Tulane, finished in fourth place for the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:24.45 and sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:06.02

FRESHMAN SEASON (from Iowa)
Ranked second on the team in the 100 breast (1:04.59) and third in the 200 breast (2:20.98)… also recorded collegiate-best times in the 50 free (28.91) and 200 IM (2:20.92).

HIGH SCHOOL

Full name is Zoe Lynn Mekus… Born on June 7, 2001… Her hometown is West Monroe, La., where she attended West Monroe HS… Majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies. Her parents’ names are Regina and Joel, and she has a brother, Matthew… She chose LSU because “The home state culture of LSU is undeniable and the pride of being an LSU Tiger is unmatched.”
