Prepped at Jesuit HS in New Orleans… State Champion in the 500-yard freestyle during his junior year… Lettered all four years during his prep career… All-American in the 400-yard freestyle relay owns part of the state record for the same event… Named team captain and led his team to its 40th State Championship in his senior season… Earned the Jesuit High School Rodriquez Family Award – Most Valuable Swimmer 2023

Full name is Truman Adalbert Breithaupt VII and was born on Jan. 17, 2005… Planned major heading into his first collegiate season is Mechanical Engineering… Has one brother named Ben and his parent’s names are Truman and Laurie Breithaupt… An interesting fact: “I can juggle with my feet and hands”… Chose LSU because: “I chose LSU because of the outstanding academic and athletic excellence. I’m proud to represent the state I was born and raised in. I want to thank my parents, coaches, and friends for helping me get to where I am now.
