FRESHMAN SEASON (2013-14)
Quickly emerged as one of the team’s top breaststrokers … Swam the eighth-fastest 100 breaststroke and 10th-fastest 200 breaststroke in program history at the SEC Championships … Reached the ‘C’ final of the 100 breast and 200 breast at the SEC’s … During his collegiate debut against Georgia, finished third in the 100 breast … Finished seventh during the 100 breaststroke at the Texas A&M Invite … Contributed a win in the 100 breast and third place in the 200 breast during a close win over Texas A&M … Name the Most Improved Athlete on the men’s side at the team’s end of the year banquet … Earned his first varsity letter.
