Participated in every meet of the season as well as the SEC Championships … Was on both the 200 and 400 medley relay teams at SEC’s which each finished fifth … Best finish at the SEC’s was a 17th-place showing in the prelims of the 100 breaststroke (1:05.80) … Finished 19th in the prelims of the 200 breast (2:21.62) and was 21st in the 200 IM 2:09.30 … Swam the 100 breast in a time of 1:05.31 at the Texas Invitational, the best time by any Lady Tiger … Her time in the 200 IM (2:09.30) at SEC’s was the fifth-fastest on the team during the season … Her time of 2:21.62 in the 200 breast at SEC’s was the second best on the squad all season … Earned her first varsity letter.

Represented the country of Zimbabwe at the 1999 All-Africa Games and received a silver medal and two bronze medals … Lettered in swimming all four years in high school.
