JUNIOR SEASON (2003-04)
A constant for the Tigers in freestyle and individual medley events … Recorded two top times on the season in both IM events … Placed 22nd in the 200 IM at the SEC Championships (1:51.95) … Was also LSU’s highest finisher in the 400 IM, taking 24th-place with a time of 4:02.22 … The time was the fastest recorded time by any LSU swimmer all season … Swam the 200 fly at SEC’s in a career fast time of 1:52.12 to finish 21st … Won the 200 IM in the home finale versus Florida State on Jan. 31 (1:52.99) … Also was victorious in the 200 IM at Delta State (1:54.43) on Oct. 25 … Earned his third varsity letter.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2002-03)
Outstanding individual medley swimmer … Swam in every regular-season meet and the SEC Championships for the second consecutive year … Owned two top times on the season … Scored the eighth-fastest time in school history in the 200 IM, 1:51.21, at the SEC Championships … Finished 17th in the prelims of that heat … Placed 19th in the prelims of the 400 IM at the SEC Championships (4:00.18) … The time of 4:00.18 was the fastest time of the year by any Tiger and the eighth-fastest time in school history … Swam to a 32nd-finish in the 200 IM and finished 31st in the 400 IM at the Nike Cup Invitational … Won the 200 breaststroke in a dual-meet versus Tennessee on Nov. 2 (2:13.12) … Earned second varsity letter.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2001-02)
Competed in every regular-season meet as well as the SEC Championships in his freshman campaign … Swam in three different events at the SEC Championships … Placed 24th in the 200 IM with a time of 1:53.58, 24th in the 200 freestyle (1:41.92) and 18th in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:09.22 … Time in the 200 free at the SEC’s was the team’s fourth-best all season … Swam the 400 IM in a time of 4:06.56 at the Texas Invitational, the best time in that event by a Tiger all year … Swam the 200 IM in a time of 1:53.56 at the Nike Cup Invitational, the second-best time in the event on the squad … Also swam in both butterfly events during the season as he proved to be on of the Tigers’ most versatile swimmers … Earned his first varsity letter.

PRIOR TO LSU
First-team All-American in both the 100 butterfly and 200 IM competitions … Junior National qualifier in the 200 and 400 IM events, the 200 freestyle competition and the 100 fly … Took home a second and third-place finish in the 200 IM at the Junior National championships … Currently holds the high school record in the 100 fly, 200 IM and the 200, 100 and 50 freestyle events as well as the 100 breaststroke … Named the Scholar Male Athlete of the Year his senior year in high school at Paso Robles High School.
