JUNIOR SEASON (2023-24)
Opened the season at Utah by claiming second in the 200-fly with a time of 2:03.67 and fourth in the 500-free with a time of 5:06.94… In the home opener vs. Arkansas, won the 500-free with a time of 4:58.01 and placed third in the 200-fly with a time of 2:01.61… In a tri-team meet with FSU and Alabama, took seventh place in the 200-fly with a time of 2:05.07 and ninth in the 500-free with a time of 5:03.38

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2022-23)
2023 SEC Champion in the 200-fly – one of eight gold medals earned by the women’s team… In the opening meet against Tulane and Vanderbilt, finished second in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:01.98…claimed gold in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 56.04… Against South Carolina, took third in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:01.21…won the 500-yard freestyle in 4:57.17… In a tri-meet with Denver and Air Force, took first place in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:24.59…finished fourth in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 57.05… In a dual meet against Auburn, claimed fourth place in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:01.82…was second in the 500-yard freestyle with a readout of 4:55.94… Against Alabama, finished second in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:00.37…also finished second in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:55.18…At the Art Adamson Invitational, placed eighth in the 500-free (4:47.02), 16th in the 100-fly (54.68 – Prelims: 54.62),19th in the 200-free (1:50.19), and 10th in the 200-fly (1:57.99)… Against FSU, took second place in the 500-free with a time of  4:59.27 and third in the 200-fly with a time of 2:03.04… In the regular-season finale vs. Texas A&M, had two second-place finishes in the 200-fly (2:00.99) and 500-free (4:53.56)… At the 2023 SEC Championships, placed 13th in the 500-free (4:43.12), 21st in the 100-fly (53.14); won the 200-fly SEC Championship (1:54.18)…  At the 2023 NCAA Championships, placed 30th in the 200-fly (1:56.27), 46th in the 100-fly (53.42) and 51st in the 500-free (4:45.68)

FRESHMAN SEASON (2021-22)
Notched two second-place finishes in the 200-yard fly and the 500-yard free with times of 2:01.26 and 4:59.98, respectively; competed on the fourth-place 200-yard medley relay team, finishing with a time of 1:47.76… At the Rocky Mountain Invitational, won the 200-yard fly with a time of 2:05.76 and took fourth place in the 100-yard fly with a time of 57.80… Against Alabama, placed third in the 500-yard free with a time of 5:03.34 and sixth in the 200-yard fly with a time of 2:04.85… At the Art Adamson Invitational, claimed fourth place in the 200-fly with a time of 1:58.45 and fifth in the 500-free with a time of 4:48.93; also placed 10th in the 100-fly with a time of 54.35… Against Tulane, had two fourth-place finishes in the 100-fly and 1000-free with times of 58.15 and 10:24.84… Against Texas A&M, claimed fifth place in the 200-fly with a time of 2:04.05 and sixth place in the 100-fly with a time of 57.89… At the SEC Championships, finished in 12th place for the 500-free with a school record time of 4:43.87, 32nd in the 100-fly with a time of 54.29 and 18th in the 200-fly with a time of 1:57.07

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-time NCHSSA State Champion… Was a part of the All-Conference team all four years… 2018 and 2021 SWAC Swimmer of the Year… 2020 NISCA All-American… Served as class president all four years of high school… U.S. Presidential Scholar’s semi-finalist… Graduated as valedictorian of her class and served as the editor for her school newspaper during the 2020-21 school year

PERSONAL
Full name is Jenna Scott Bridges… Born on March 31, 2002… Her hometown is Forest City NC and attended Chase High School in Rutherford County… Majoring in Mass Communication with a concentration in journalism… Her parents are Jeff and Crystal, and she has two siblings, Allie and Bonnie… Her father played football at East Tennessee State University, where he was a team captain and selected to the All-Conference team… She chose LSU because “LSU’s swim team felt like a family. The team culture was very positive and it was clear each member was dedicated to the success of the team as a whole. LSU felt like home.”
