SENIOR SEASON (2018-19)
In an early season meet against Florida, took the silver in the 50-Yard Freestyle with a time of 23.49 … Was the second leg on the 200-Yard Freestyle Relay team that took the gold against Florida … Earned her first individual win of the season against Loyola in the 50-Yard Freestyle with a time of 23.65 … Followed that performance up with a win in the 100-Yard Freestyle with a time of 51.86 … Touched the wall first in the 50-Yard Freestyle on Day One of the Art Adamson Invitational with a time of 22.29 … Won the 100-Yard Freestyle on Day Three of the Art Adamson Invitational with a time of 48.24 … Against Houston and Rice, Knight placed third in the 50-Yard Freestyle with a time of 23.39 … Won the 50-Yard Freestyle with a time of 23.17 against Texas A&M … At the 2019 SEC Championships, finished in a tie for ninth in the 50-Yard Freestyle with a time of 22.27 … Set a new school record in the 100-Yard Butterfly with a 51.71 … At the 2019 NCAA Championships, touched the wall in 52.13 in the 100-Yard Butterfly to finish in 20th place … Finished in 18th place in the 100-Yard Freestyle with a time of 48.18.

JUNIOR SEASON (2017-18)
Kicked off the season with a double-dual against Pittsburgh and Virginia, taking seventh in both the 50 and 100 yard freestyle … Earned her first win of the season in the 50 free at SMU … Reached two ‘A’ Finals at the Art Adamson Invitational … Finished fifth overall in the 50 free and sixth overall in the 100 free … Touched the wall fifth overall in the 50 free at Georgia … Placed fourth in both the 50 and 100 free in the last home meet of the season against Texas A&M … Part of two winning relays in a quad meet at Houston, leading off the 200 free relay and anchoring the 400 medley relay … Also won the 50 free … Notched three top-20 finishes at the SEC Championships … Reached the ‘B’ final of the 50 free and finished 15th overall … Set a new personal-best in the 100 free en route to a 16th place finish, and climbed to fourth on the all time list … Also reached the ‘C’ Final of the 100 fly and placed 19th overall.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2016-17)
Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 100 free and fourth overall in the 100 back … Also swam the second leg for the 400 free relay team that took first against the Commodores … Part of the 200 medley relay squad that took first in the ‘B’ final of the FGCU Classic … Touched the wall first in the ‘B’ final of the 50 free at the FGCU Classic … In the home and SEC opener against Auburn, tallied two fourth-place finishes in both the 50 and 100 free … Also swam the third leg of the 400 free relay team that garnered second overall against the Tigers … Part of the 200 free relay team that took third at the Art Adamson Invite … Came in sixth in both the ‘A’ finals of the 50 free and 100 fly and also grabbed second place in the ‘B’ final of the 100 free at Art Adamson … Notched two first-place finishes in the 50 free and 100 fly against Tulane … Also anchored the 400 medley relay team that took second over the Green Wave … Picked up two third-place finishes against Alabama in both the 50 and 100 free … Opened the 400 free relay that took first overall and also swam the third leg for the 400 medley relay that took second against the Crimson Tide … In the SEC finale against Texas A&M, placed second in the 50 free and third place in the 100 free … Anchored the 200 medley and swam the second leg for the 400 and 200 free relay squads that all placed first in the quad meet against Houston, Rice and Tulane … Picked up another individual win in the 100 fly in the quad meet against Houston, Rice and Tulane … Garnered seventh overall in the ‘A’ final of the 50 free at the SEC Championship … Picked up 13th overall in the ‘B’ final of the 100 fly at the SEC meet … Came in 17th overall with a first-place finish in the ‘C’ final of the 100 free at the SEC Championships.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2015-16)
Competed at NCAA Championships as a member of LSU’s 400 free relay team … Just missed reaching the final of both the 50 free and 100 back after finishing 25th and 26th respectively … At the Lady Tigers’ quad meet, was a part of four relay wins over the two-day meet … Touched the wall fourth in the 50 free and fifth in the 100 fly and also a part of a pair of relay wins against Texas A&M … Swam the second leg of LSU’s victorious 400 free relay team against Missouri and individually finished second in the 50 free and 100 fly … Touched the wall second in the 50 free against Kentucky and Virginia Tech … Set a best time in the 50 free for fifth in the ‘B’ final at the Texas A&M Invite and the ninth-fastest time in school history … Earned her first varsity letter.

PRIOR TO LSU
Four-time Scholastic All-American and honor roll member … The HHACA Sectionals high point earner in 2015 … Champion of the 50-yard free, 100-yard free and 200-yard IM at the 2015 Speedo Champions Series in Ithaca, N.Y. …. Ranked as the third-best swimmer in the 2015 class in the state of Massachusetts … Coached by Sean Marshall.
