In a tri-meet against Denver and Air Force, placed ninth in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:58.50…took 10th in the 500-yard freestyle with a readout of 4:49.60… Against Auburn, placed eighth in the 200-fly with a time of 1:55.55

FRESHMAN SEASON
In the first meet of his LSU career, her finished seventh in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:14.12… At the Rocky Mountain Invitational, placed ninth in the 500-yard free with a time of 4:52.65 and 10th in the 1000-yard free with a time of 10:25.56… Against Alabama, placed fourth in the 1000-yard free with a time of 9:42.72 and sixth in the 200-yard breast with a time of 2:11.14… At the Art Adamson Invitational, placed 20th in the 1650 free with a time of 16:13.49… Against Texas A&M, had a sixth-place finish in the 1000-free with a time of 9:59.74 and eighth in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:12.91… At the 2022 SEC Championships, he finished in 50th place in the 500-free with a time of 4:40.12, 38th in the 400 IM with a time of 4:08.14 and 33rd in the 1650-free with a time of 16:11.23

Full name is Brendan Robert Hausdorf… Born October 12, 2002… His hometown is Marietta, Ga., where he attended Lassiter HS… Majoring in Construction Management… His parents’ names are Melissa and David, and he has one sister, Jessica… His father played soccer at Furman University, and his mom played softball at Winthrop College; his sister played volleyball at Lindenwood University… He chose LSU because “When I first stepped on campus it felt like home. I enjoyed the team and atmosphere at the pool and on campus. The common goal of striving for excellence and getting better every day is something that attracted me right away. I look forward to growing as a student-athlete in and out of the pool at LSU. I want to be a part of the team that brings home an SEC championship to Baton Rouge.”
