SENIOR SEASON
Placed second in the 100-meter breaststroke and the 200-meter breaststroke against Grand Canyon; placed third in the 200-yard medley relay

SOPHOMORE SEASON
In his first season with the Cardinals, Parrott solidified himself as one of the top breaststrokers. He won the 200 breaststroke (1:56.98) and took second in the 100 breaststroke (54.37) at the UofL First Chance Invitational before going on to finish second in the former event (1:57.17) at the NCAA Last Chance Meet. At the Purdue Invitational, he placed sixth in the 200 breaststroke (1:59.17) and seventh in the 100 breaststroke (54.54). Throughout dual meet competition, Parrott recorded eight top-six finishes highlighted by a second-place showing in the 100 breaststroke (57.56) against Xavier. For his performances in both the pool and in the classroom, Parrott was named to the ACC Honor Roll.

FRESHMAN SEASON (Drury University)
Parrott joins the Cardinals after spending one year at Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. While competing for the Panthers, Parrott competed in the 50 free, 100 breast, and 200 breast at the 2019 GLVC Championships and recorded three top-5 finishes during the dual meet season.

Texas-State qualifier in the 100-meter backstroke… Also was a Summer Junior qualifier in the 100- and 200-meter breaststroke

Full name is Aaron Nelson Parrott; goes by “AP”… Born on Feb. 11, 2000… His hometown is Houston, Tx.; studied at Spring HS for his college prep years… Majoring in Kinesiology with a concentration in human movement… His mother’s name is Melissa, and he has three siblings: Andrew, Jonathan, and Aleczander… He chose LSU because “This is my dream school and to be able to study and swim at LSU is the opportunity of a lifetime! Geaux Tigers!”… Attended Louisville prior to donning the purple and gold
