FRESHMAN SEASON (2013)
Made 18 appearances with 11 starts during her true freshman season with the Tigers in 2013 … Played as both a central defender and defensive midfielder during her rookie campaign … Scored two goals and four points despite playing a defensive role in the team … Scored her first career goal in the 86th minute of LSU’s 5-3 win at Arkansas on Oct. 4 to seal the victory … Also scored the team’s only goal of the match in the 51st minute in a 3-1 defeat on the road to 23rd-ranked Kentucky on Oct. 27 … Attempted just five shots with three shots on goal on the season, finishing with a .400 shot percentage and a .600 shots on goal percentage … Appeared in all six of LSU’s shutouts on the season … Earned a start in shutouts against Louisiana Tech (1-0), Louisiana-Monroe (6-0) and TCU (0-0) at home and 13th-ranked Southern California (1-0) on a neutral field at the Minnesota Gold Classic … Came off the bench to help lead the Tigers to a pair of 1-0 shutouts at Rice to wrap up the non-conference season and Missouri on their home field … Helped lead a defensive unit that finished the season with a 1.49 goals against average while conceding 31 goals to LSU’s opponents during the 2013 season … Earned her first varsity letter.
