JUNIOR SEASON (2010)
Made an immediate impact in her first season with the Tigers after competing at the NCAA Division II level for the first two seasons of her collegiate career … Started all 21 games while playing primarily as an attacking midfielder … Also saw action on the wing and on the front line during the 2010 season … Honored by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association as the Louisiana Newcomer of the Year and an honorable mention All-Louisiana selection … Was tied as the team’s leading goal scorer as she finished the season with five goals and one assist for 11 points … Led the Tigers with three game-winning goals on the year … Scored LSU’s first goal of the season in the 10th minute of play in an 8-0 shutout of South Alabama in the season opener on Aug. 22 … Her first goal of the season proved to be the game-winner against the Jaguars … Also scored game-winning goals in back-to-back SEC wins against Auburn (2-1) on Oct. 3 and Kentucky (1-0) in double overtime on Oct. 8 … Scored the game-tying goal in a 1-1 draw on the road against Tennessee with just under three minutes to play in regulation … Added another goal in a 2-0 shutout of McNeese State on Sept. 19 … Credited with her only assist of the season in a 6-2 win over the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Oct. 17 … Attempted 14 shots with nine shots on goal on the season … Earned her first varsity letter.
