Played in 19 games during the season, starting one versus Auburn on Oct. 20 … Finished the season with six points, scoring two goals and tallying two assists … Both assists came in SEC action, with one coming against Vanderbilt and the other against Auburn … Scored one of LSU’s seven goals versus Loyola (N.O.) on Sept. 11 … Named to the 2003 SEC Academic Honor Roll … Earned her third varsity letter.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2001)
Played in all 18 games during the season, starting 14 of those contests … Recorded a goal in the Tigers’ 3-0 victory over Nicholls State on Sept. 21 … Made major contributions on the defensive side of the ball … Earned her second varsity letter.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2000)
Played in all 21 games as a freshman and started in 18 contests … Recorded her first collegiate start against Texas Tech on Sept. 1, netting the game-winning goal in the Tigers’ 2-1 victory … Tallied assists against Louisiana-Monroe (Aug. 27), Stetson University (Sept. 7) and Nicholls State (Oct. 17) … Totaled one goal and three assists for five points on the season … Proved to be a major factor in the Tigers’ successful defense during the season … Earned her first varsity letter.
PRIOR TO LSU
Earned four varsity letters on her high school soccer team as a defender … Led Kamehameha High School to the Hawaii state championship game in both 1997 and 1999, and and a third-place finish in 2000 … Won the Interscholastic League of Honolulu Championship title in 2000 … Named first-team ILH in both 1999 and 2000 … Earned honorable mention all-state honors in 1999 and first-team all-state accolades in 2000 … Also played tennis and ran track while in high school.
