FRESHMAN SEASON (2018)
Appeared in and started all 24 matches during her debut season in the Purple and Gold … finished the season with the third most points on the team with 11 (4g & 3a) … her four goals were the third most on the team … assisted Shannon Cooke’s equalizer in the SEC championship match against Arkansas in the 72nd minute … her penalty kick conversion in the fourth round of penalties in the SEC championship match sealed the deal for LSU’s first ever SEC Tournament title … converted both of her other penalty tries in shootouts against Tennessee (SEC semifinals) and Boston University (NCAA First Round) … scored her first-career goal in LSU’s first win of the season, a 1-0 win over Liberty … picked up the first assist of her career against Texas State … assisted Adrienne Richardson’s goal against Lamar … scored goals off corner kicks in back-to-back games against Stetson and Samford in early September … both corners came off the foot of Marlena Cutura and Newton headed them home … the goal against Stetson was a game winner … registered a point in five of six games from late August to mid-September against Liberty, Texas State, Lamar, Stetson and Samford … scored her first SEC goal of her career against Ole Miss off another header via a corner kick service from Cutura.

One of the most decorated soccer players in Florida high school history with a seven-year career spanning from her sixth-grade year in 2012 to her senior season in 2018 … in that time her team won seven straight district and state championships … In her junior and senior seasons her team won back-to-back national championships for the first time in school history … named the 2017-18 Florida Gatorade Girls Player of the Year … after returning from injury in her sophomore season her team went on to win 70 consecutive matches … during her high school career she amassed 134 goals and 124 assists … was first-team all-state four times … was the first ever back-to-back First Coast Times-Union Player of the Year … Florida Dairy Farmers Player of the Year class 1A in 2017 and 2017 FACA Player of the Year.
