Nathan Minion
Title
Director of Soccer Operations

After serving as a member of the LSU soccer support staff for four seasons, head coach Brian Lee promoted Nathan Minion to the rank of Director of Soccer Operations on July 22, 2010.

Minion was appointed the Director of Soccer Operations after serving as the team’s head manager for four seasons from 2006-10, during which he graduated from LSU with a bachelor’s degree in business management in May 2010. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sport management.

Minion spearheads the day-to-day operation of the LSU soccer program, including the scheduling of team travel and game day operations. His administrative duties also include the scheduling of team meetings and meals, organizing equipment and equipment distribution and coordinating video exchange.

A native and resident of Houston, Texas, Minion has also been instrumental in the growth and success of LSU’s summer camps while serving as an assistant director of the Tiger Soccer Camp.

“Nathan has become an integral part of our staff here at LSU over the past five seasons,” Lee said. “I’m excited to expand his role and take full advantage of the many attributes he has to offer our program. He has played a vital role in the daily operations of the LSU Soccer program in his time with us, and this new role is well-deserved. We know Nathan will continue to help us develop one of the truly elite programs in the NCAA.”
