FRESHMAN SEASON (2024)

Made two starts and three appearances before season cut short due to injury… Secured her first collegiate hit and run against Memphis (Feb. 9-10).

HIGH SCHOOL

Played at Edward S. Marcus High School.…A three-time District 6-6A Offensive Player of the Year…Placed on the 2023 DFW FP All-Metro Plex First Team and the 2023 Softball Live’s Texas High School All-State Team…Helped her team reach the 2022 TSWA 6A All-State tournament where she logged a .463 batting average behind 44 hits and 43 RBIs…Played on the 2022 Extra Innings Softball’s 18U All-Summer Team and played club ball for Texas Glory who has won multiple tournaments, including the 2023 18U TFL Summer Championship and was Co-Champions at the 2023 18U USSSA Texas Glory Summer Shootout and the 2023 18U TPC Texas State Championships…ranked T-No. 21 in her recruiting class by Extra Inning Softball.

Born March 18, 2005…Daughter of Tyrone and Tammy Edwards…Father played football at Cal Berkley and mom was a cheerleader at Washington State…Has a sister named Bria and a brother named Ty’son…Brother plays football at Columbia… Plans to pursue a degree in mass communications.
