SOPHOMORE SEASON (2025)
Selected to the NFCA Gulf All-Region Second Team…made 43 starts and appeared in 50 games mostly at second base…finished the season with a .381 batting average behind 40 hits, including two home runs…scored 32 runs, had 19 RBI and drew 14 walks…logged a ..486 slugging percentage, a .460 on-base percentage and was 8-of-9 in stolen bases…had eight multi-hit games and five multi-RBI games on the season…had a career-long 10-game hitting streak and will enter 2026 on a 14-game reached base streak…hit her first career home run against Weber State (March 1) and her first SEC homer, a two-out go-ahead shot at Georgia (March 21)…in the field, she had a .970 fielding percentage with 56 putouts, 74 assists and four errors…had a 17-game and 13-game stretch without an error…recorded a career-high five assists versus Kentucky (March 14).
FRESHMAN SEASON (2024)
Appeared in 40 games while starting 32 at second and third base, along with ending the season as the team’s designated hitter. Posted a .300 average with a .333 slugging percentage behind 27 hits and 22 runs scored with two extra-base hits. Hit a season-high 3-for-3 with three runs against Austin Peay (Feb. 24). Had eight multi-hit games, including three consecutive multi-hit showings in the SEC series over Kentucky (Mar. 8-10)… The infielder had 21 putouts with 34 assists.
HIGH SCHOOL
A four-year letterwinner at Seton Catholic Preparatory… Is a two-time Arizona Conference Offensive Player of the Year and was the 2021 Region Player of the Year …As a senior, batted .615, logged a .684 on-base percentage and stole 22 bases…Team was honored as the 2022 AIA Sportsmanship Award Winners for class 4A… Played club ball for the Arizona Storm and is a two-time participant in the PGF Future All-American Futures Team …Club team won the 2023 So Cal Athletics Invitational… Daniel is ranked T-No. 7 recruit by Extra Inning Softball.
