#22 Madyson Manning Season 2026

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2025)
Had three starts and played in eight games…had a .231 batting average and logged three hits, one run, and two RBI…drove in her first RBI of the season with a single and had a career-high four putouts against South Alabama (March 7).

Finished her career at LSU with a .289 batting average with 11 hits, three runs five RBI and drew six walks…also had a .951 fielding percentage with 23 assists, 16 putouts and two errors…made 21 starts and appeared in 26 games.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2024)
Started in all 18 games she appeared …Had a .320 batting average with eight hits, scored two runs and had three RBIs…Also drew six walks to contribute to a .452 on-base percentage, and registered four sacrifice hits…Defensively, she had a .946 fielding percentage with 23 assists, 12 putouts and two errors at third base… Made first career start in the SEC series at No. 4 Tennessee (April 20)…Logged first career hit against No. 13/15 Arkansas on April 27 and first RBI over Liberty on May 3.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played at West Monroe High School…Helped team who finished as the 2022 Class 5A LHSAA Softball runner-up…As a senior, was named All-State, All-Northeast, and was the All-District MVP… Member of the National Honor Society as well as the Interact Club and Biology Club…Played club for the Bombers/Albert after three summers with the Birmingham Thunderbolts…ranked as the T-No. 29 recruit by Extra Inning Softball. 

PERSONAL
Born on Dec. 13, 2004…Daughter of Jay and Kim Manning…Mother played basketball at Arkansas Tech (1992-96)…Has a sister named Jordyn who played softball at Louisiana Tech… plans to major in kinesiology.
