2023-24 First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll

FRESHMAN YEAR (2024)

Made 17 starts at third base and appeared in 32 games… Registered a .237 average with 14 hits, 11 runs, seven RBIs and had two doubles…Defensively, had 20 assists, 13 putouts turned two double plays and had five errors… Logged career-highs of three hits, two RBIs, and two runs scored at Nicholls (March 26)… Drove in the go-ahead runs to help win games against No. 11/12 Texas A&M (March 29) and at No. 10 Florida on (April 7).

HIGH SCHOOL

Played at Lake Creek High School…Led her team to a back-to-back Texas State Championship titles (2022-2023)… Is a two-time MaxPreps All-American as well as an Extra Inning Softball All-American…As a senior, she was tabbed All-State First Team and Offensive MVP for the district and County…Registered a .527 batting average with 78 hits, 74 runs, 37 RBIs and 65 stolen bases as a senior…Was named All-Greater Houston Offensive Player of the Year…Played club ball for the Hotshots and helped win titles at the USA Championship Tournament, the Top Gun Championship and the Top Club Championship, all in 2020…Ranked T-No. 18 by Extra Inning Softball.

Born Jan. 5, 2005…Daughter of Robert and Kristi McKee… Father played baseball at Tulane and played in the Minor League for the Houston Astros…Mother played softball at the University of South Dakota…Has three siblings in Taylor, Peyton and Brooks …plans to major in sports administration.
