2024 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll

GRADUATE SEASON (2024)

Made 19 starts and appeared in 24 games… Recorded 10 hits, including three doubles behind a .254 batting average, had nine RBIs and scored four runs…Had a seven-game reach base streak, including a five-game hitting streak, and totaled two multi-hit games and two multi-RBI games…Logged a .987 fielding percentage at the backstop position, turning in 76 putouts, two assists and one error… Hit a two-RBI single to walk-off No. 6/8 Oklahoma St. (Feb. 17)at the Clearwater Invitational.

GRADUATE SEASON (2023)

Appeared in two games before sustaining a season-ending injury…. In her first game with LSU, finished with two hits, including a double, and had three RBIs…In her second game, she had one RBI and drew a walk.

PRIOR TO LSU
Capped a four-year career with Michigan batting .306 with nine home runs and 77 RBIs…also had a .994 career fielding percentage in 1,237 chances…earned a spot on the 2022 All-Big Ten Second Team her senior season after logging career highs with a .329 batting average, .503 slugging percentage, 51 hits and five home runs…graduated in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology.

Born on Sept. 9, 1999 … Daughter of Mike and Sally Carson … has three sisters named Whitney, Hailey and Nyah … father played football at Ferris State (1991-92)…will pursue a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Pedagogy and Psychological Sciences at LSU.
