Was a four-year standout and letterwinner at St. Joseph Academy under head coach Billy Stears where the Redstickers won a co-district championship en route to a state semifinal run, hitting .462 during her prep career with 66 total wins… Was a four-time first team all-district selection, while three times being selected to the all-metro team and earning all-state honors as a senior… As a senior hit .531, slugging .827 with 38 stolen bases as she was named the team’s most valuable player for the second time at the school, while also earning MVP honors at the LHSCA All-Star Game for the East squad… Batted .528 as a junior… Hitting .412 as a sophomore, was named the team’s offensive player of the year and team MVP… Was named the team’s newcomer of the year as a freshman, hitting .375 for a team that won 23 games that season… Was a member of the National Honor Society’s honor graduates, while also being an academic letter recipient.
