Amanda Doyle joined the LSU coaching staff as a student assistant coach in 2022.
Due to COVID-19, Doyle played five seasons for the Tigers from 2017-21 and started in 262 of the 265 games she appeared in. Doyle is a two-time NFCA All-Region selection (2018, 2021), three-time All-Louisiana honoree (2018-19, 2021) and a four-time SEC Academic Honor Roll award winner (2018-21).
Doyle registered a career .280 batting average with 219 hits, 169 RBI, 110 runs, 44 doubles, one triple and 32 home runs. On the defensive side, Doyle logged a .985 fielding percentage behind 1,152 putouts and 186 assists.
Doyle graduated in December of 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in business and is pursuing her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction.
