FALL SEASON (2018)
Recorded a 5-5 singles campaign, including wins against UL-Lafayette’s Gilheany and Galka in the John Breaux Cajun Classic … Notched wins against Virginia’s Lizen and Michigan’s Simar … Reached the consolation singles quarterfinals of the ITA All-American Championship … Advanced to the singles round of 16 in the ITA Southern Regional Championships.
JUNIOR SEASON (2017-18)
Completed a 10-13 record in singles, including two victories versus top-100 ranked players … Defeated #92 Mazen Osama of Alabama in a 6-4, 6-4 match … Upset #24 Gabriel Friedrich of South Carolina in a 2-6, 7-5, 1-0 (7) match … Defeated conference foe Edward Nguyen of Auburn in a 6-4, 7-6 (7-1) match … Achieved an 11-9 doubles record with partner Stewart Block … Climbed as high as #72 in singles rankings at the end of the season.
PRIOR TO LSU
Spent two seasons at BYU and opened the Fall 2016 preseason ITA rankings at 90th … Finished a stellar sophomore campaign where he earned All-West Coast Conference Second team singles honors … Compiled an overall 37-17 singles record in his two seasons at BYU and led the team in singles victories during his sophomore season with 21 wins, 13 coming from court one.
