CAREER
Bryan was co-captain for the Tigers his junior and senior year. The four-year letterman sits tied for 14th place on the LSU career singles wins list with 84. Bryan has compiled 110 career doubles wins. The New Orleans native represented the tennis team well in the community as he was named the 2007 ITA/Arthur Ashe Jr. for Leadership and Sportsmanship. He was named the 2007 LSU Male Volunteer of the Year and received SEC Community Service team honors three times.
SENIOR SEASON (2006-07)
Named an ITA Doubles All-American with partner Colt Gaston … Received first-team All SEC honors … Named the 2007 ITA National Arthur Ashe Jr. Leadership & Sportsmanship Award Winner … Finished the season ranked No. 40 in singles and No. 6 in doubles with Gaston …Received SEC Community Service Team Honors for the third consecutive year … Bryan and Gaston reached the NCAA Doubles Quarterfinals where they fell to defending champs Kyle Anderson and Ryan Rowe of Illinois … The LSU pair won the SEC Indoor Doubles Championship in January … In the fall, Bryan won the A bracket singles title at the Rice Invitational … Reached the Round of 16 of the Wilson/ITA Region III Indoor tournament … Won the top singles bracket at the Ragin’ Cajun Classic without losing a set … Compiled a team-high 11 singles wins during the fall …Notched four wins in doubles … earned fourth varsity letter … Played an exhibition singles match against Skupski in “Duel Under the Oaks,” a charity event hosted by LSU on Oct. 29, 2006.
JUNIOR SEASON (2005-06)
A proven leader who his teammates picked as team captain before the season … Took his leadership role in stride as he received second-team All-SEC honors … Named to the SEC Good Works team … Named a first-team All-Louisiana selection for the second-straight season … Chosen as the SEC Player of the Week (3/21-27/06) … Defeated Florida’s Chris Brandi in straight sets, 7-6 (9), 6-2, to clinch a victory for the Tigers over then eighth-ranked Gators (3/28/06) … Excelled on the doubles court … Finished the season ranked No. 43 with doubles partner Colt Gaston as the duo won their last 11 matches of the season … Kicked off the fall by winning the doubles title at the Rice Crowne Plaza Invitational with Gaston … Reached the doubles final of the ITA Southeast Regional Championship … Reached the singles semifinals at the Wells Fargo Hurricane Katrina Relief Tournament … Earned third varsity letter.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2004-05)
Named first-team All-Louisiana in 2005 … Finished the season with a 23-11 overall record in singles competition, including an 18-5 record in dual matches … Won eight-straight singles matches to end the season … Recorded a stellar 35-7 overall record in doubles competition, including a 17-2 record with partner Colt Gaston … He and Gaston were 12-0 in No. 2 doubles … Had an 18-5 overall record with Jason Hazely … Was 9-1 in fall matches with Hazely and the two made it to the semifinals of the ITA Southeast Regional Championships … Named to the SEC Good Works Team … Earned second varsity letter.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2003-04)
Finished the season with a 16-8 singles record, including 5-1 in dual matches … Contributed regularly in the Tigers’ doubles lineup, earning a 16-3 record with Cory Ross … Went 8-0 in the fall with Ross, winning Tulane’s Beau Holton Memorial Invitational and the UL-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns Classic … Earned first varsity letter.

Two-time 5A State Champion at Brother Martin HS … Ranked No. 1 in Louisiana for five years and top-10 in the nation for the same span … Team MVP in 2001 and 2002 … State championships in the 12, 14 and 16 age divisions.
