Ended his junior season as the No. 96-ranked player in the country in the final Golfstat individual player rankings released following the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Championships … Also ranked No. 125 nationally in Golfweek’s final rankings … Helped lead the Tigers back to match play at the NCAA Championships for the third-straight season … LSU officially tied for fifth place nationally with a 3.5-1.5 defeat to eventual national champion Oregon in the NCAA quarterfinals … Pierce tied for 26th place in 72 holes of stroke play at the NCAA Championships with a final score of 7-over par 287, including back-to-back rounds of 1-under 69 in the third and fourth rounds at Eugene (Ore.) SOPHOMORE SEASON (2014-15)
