Cody Carroll Season 2024-25
Cody Carroll, a native of Jacksonville, Fla., was named assistant coach for LSU Men’s Golf on Sept. 3, 2024.
Carroll joins the LSU Men’s Golf program after a five-year playing career at the University of North Florida from 2018-23. At the collegiate level, Carroll finished his career with 48 tournament appearances, a career-best second place finish at the 2019 Shoal Creek Invitational, and was a two-time Atlantic Sun Conference Champion (2019, 2022). Carroll was also the 2019 Atlantic Sun Freshman of the Year and ended his North Florida career with 33 rounds under par.
LSU Men’s Golf will be Carroll’s first coaching job, as he joins Head Coach Jake Amos’ first-year staff along with assistant coach Jace Long. Carroll will assist LSU Men’s Golf with player development and individual tournament performances along with other coaching duties.
Carroll graduated from North Florida in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and earned his master’s degree in business administration in 2023. His younger brother, Chase, plays for the University of North Florida men’s golf team.
