SENIOR SEASON (2001-2002)
Played in five games for a total of nine minutes against Campbell, Towson, Northwestern State, McNeese State and Nicholls State … Hit two field goal attempts against Northwestern State, including a three pointer, while grabbing two rebounds to go with his five points in two minutes (Dec. 2) … Finished 2-for-5 from the field with 5 total points (1.0 ppg average) and 0.6 rebound average.

JUNIOR SEASON (2000-2001)
Played in a total of seven games for a total of 21 minutes … Played eight minutes and scored his only basket of the season against Nicholls State (Dec. 22) … Averaged 0.3 points and 0.7 rebounds a game … Had two rebounds against Louisiana Monroe (Nov. 20) and three rebounds against Nicholls State (Dec. 22).

Attended two junior colleges prior to coming to LSU, originally to attend school, but not play basketball … Played basketball for two years, tennis for four … MVP in tennis for two years and won most improved award in basketball in high school … Averaged 17 points, nine rebounds and four assists in high school … Named San Diego County All-Star.

While family presently lives in Harahan, La., Bozek was born in Warsaw, Poland, on April 29, 1979 … Parents are Andre and Iga, with one younger sister, Nicole … Kinesiology Major … Favorite movies are sports classics, “Hoosiers”, “Rudy” … Athletic influence was Larry Bird, “who worked hard every time he played.”
