SENIOR SEASON (2012-13)
Was able to play senior season at LSU because of NCAA Graduation-Transfer rule … Played two seasons at UNO and was on the University of Memphis team for two years, but was given a redshirt year following last season at Memphis … Played in 30 games at LSU, starting 23, averaging 26.7 minutes per game … Averaged 10.7 points and 3.9 rebounds … Averaged 3.6 assists per game and had a good assist-to-turnover ratio with 107 assists to 53 turnovers … Best LSU game was his 26 points against Arkansas (2/27) when he hit 9-of-11 field goals, with three treys in 35 minutes … In all, five 20-point games … The 26 points was the second of a four-game stretch of 20 point games, including 20 in the triple-overtime win over Alabama (2/23) when he played 54 minutes and had a double double with 11 rebounds … Had 49 treys (37.1% from the arc) … 13 games in double figures … Hit 5 three-point field goals against both Mississippi State (2/16) and at Missouri (3/2) … Carmouche scored 21 points in both of those contests … First LSU player since Dec. 2009 to have four consecutive 20-point games.
REDSHIRT AND JUNIOR SEASONS (2010-12 AT MEMPHIS)
Transferred to Memphis from UNO after the school elected at that time to drop to D3, allowing him to transfer and become immediately eligible … In 2010-11, played in 32 games and made 28 starts … Played 791 minutes (4th most on team) … Averaged 7.4 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists … Double figures in 12 games … 14th in C-USA in steals … Averaged 8.8 points, 3.0 rebounds in four post-season C-USA/NCAA games … In 2011-12, played in seven games and four starts … Averaged 6.3 points and 2.6 boards with 13 assists … DNP remainder of season because of severe tendonitis in both knees and received redshirt season from the NCAA.
FRESHMAN AND SOPHOMORE SEASONS (2008-10 AT UNO)
Had his best season scoring in the 2009-10 campaign for the Privateers, making 28 starts and playing in a team high 972 minutes … Averaged 12.6 points (second on the team) and 4.8 rebounds (best on the team) … Topped the squad with 42 steals … Had 60 assists … Ranked among the Sun Belt Conference leaders in scoring (18th), rebounds (20th) and steals (6th) … Career high 23 against Western Kentucky … As a freshman became the starting point guard, making 15 starts … Averaged 3.5 points and 2.4 rebounds with 32 assists and 24 steals.
HIGH SCHOOL
Was district MVP as a senior and was also named to 3A All-State squad and All-Metro team while prepping at McMain … Averaged 21 points per game as a senior … Spent two years at McMain after spending sophomore year at Westside High School in Houston, Texas, following Hurricane Katrina … Prepped at St. Augustine as a freshman .
