Junior college transfer who spent two years with the Tigers … Joined the Tigers in December of 2003 and practiced with the squad in preparation for the Sugar Bowl that season … Battled a series of injuries during his career … Played in 7 games during his career with the Tigers.
SENIOR SEASON (2005)
Played in 6 games in 2005, all in a backup role … Recorded 13 tackles, all solo … Had 4 tackles against Tennessee and Arizona State … Had 3 tackles in win over Ole Miss … Returned a blocked field goal 55-yards for a touchdown to ignite a furious fourth quarter rally as the Tigers overcame a 10-point deficit to beat Arizona State … The 55-yard blocked field goal return were the first points of what turned out to be a 28-point fourth quarter for the Tigers.
JUNIOR SEASON (2004)
Played in just 1 game in 2004 and finished with 2 tackles … In LSU debut against Arkansas State, had 2 tackles and broke up a pass in week 2 … Sidelined for nearly three months with foot injury … Finally returned to the practice field in late November … Dressed out, but didn’t play in final two games of season against Arkansas and Iowa in the Capital One Bowl.
