CAREER
One of the top offensive linemen in school history … Capped career by earning the Jacobs Blocking Trophy as the top offensive lineman in the SEC as voted on by the league’s coaches … Three-year starter on offensive line for the Tigers … Started at left guard as a sophomore and then moved to left tackle as a junior and senior … Played in 45 games with 38 starts during his career … Saw action on a total of 2,533 offensive snaps with 222.5 knockdowns … Turned down an opportunity to enter the NFL Draft following his junior season and played his way into a first round draft pick with a sensational senior season.

SENIOR SEASON (2014)
Started all 13 games at left tackle for the Tigers … Led team in both offensive snaps (843) and knockdowns (88) … Earned second team All-America honors from USA Today and the Associated Press … First-team All-SEC by the SEC Coaches and the AP … Named the recipient of the prestigious Jacobs Blocking Trophy, which is presented annually to the top offensive lineman in the SEC as voted on by the league’s coaches … Becomes just the sixth LSU player to win the honor and the first since Ciron Black got the award in 2009 … Anchored an LSU offensive that averaged 224.5 rushing yards a game, the most by the Tigers since averaging 256.6 in 1997 … Helped pave the way for 1,000-yard rusher Leonard Fournette and for 8 100-yard games by the Tigers in 2014 … Played every offensive snap in nine of LSU’s 13 games, including all 79 in win over Texas A&M and all 81 in overtime loss to Alabama … Had dominating performance in win over Texas A&M with 13.5 knockdowns as the Tigers racked up 384 rushing yards in 23-17 win over the Aggies … In win over Texas A&M, LSU converted 6-of-15 third-down attempts and held the ball for 41 minutes and 13 seconds … Had big game with 9 knockdowns on 71 snaps in 10-3 victory over No. 3 Ole Miss … LSU rushed for 264 yards against an Ole Miss team that came into the game allowing only 97 yards on the ground a game … Played all 73 snaps against Florida as the Tigers overcame a fourth quarter deficit to beat the Gators in Gainesville … Opened season with 5 knockdowns on 67 snaps in win over Wisconsin in Houston … Voted permanent team captain along with being named the recipient of the Charles McClendon Award which goes to the most outstanding player on the team.

JUNIOR SEASON (2013)
Played and started 12 games at left tackle … Sat out Furman game … Earned second team All-SEC honors from the SEC Coaches … Played a total of 808 snaps with 65 knockdowns … Key cog in LSU offensive line that helped Tigers to rush for a school-record 37 touchdowns in 2013 … Tiger offense also accounted for school-record 465.9 total yards per game, which included 200.8 rushing and 256.8 passing … In first career start at left tackle, earned SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors in win over TCU in season-opener … Against TCU, played 85 snaps with two knockdowns as Tigers racked up 448 total yards of offense despite playing without All-SEC running back Jeremy Hill … LSU’s 448 total yards came against a TCU defense that returned nine starters from a unit that led the Big 12 in total defense in 2012 … Had eight knockdowns on 74 plays as LSU logged 324 rushing yards and 517 total yards in 34-10 win over Texas A&M … Followed that with career-best nine knockdowns on 71 snaps in 31-27 win over Arkansas … Helped pave the way for Jeremy Hill’s 216 rushing yards in 21-14 win over Iowa in Outback Bowl.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2012)
Started all 13 games at left guard … Led team in both total snaps (836) and knockdowns (64.5) … Named honorable mention All-SEC by the Associated Press … Played every offensive snap in LSU’s last 11 games … Earned SEC Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week for his play in LSU’s near-upset of top-ranked Alabama … In that game vs. the Crimson Tide, played 84 snaps with a team-high nine knockdowns as the Tigers racked up 435 total yards, 22 first downs and held the ball for 39 minutes and 15 seconds … Led Tigers with 11.5 knockdowns vs. Ole Miss and 10 vs. South Carolina … Had team-best six knockdowns on just 47 offensive snaps in Chick-fil-A Bowl against Clemson … Made his first career start against North Texas and earned three knockdowns in 36 snaps. 

FRESHMAN SEASON (2011)
Played in seven games with no starts … Saw action on 46 snaps on the offensive line and posted five knockdown blocks … Tallied two knockdowns in 14 plays on the offensive line at Ole Miss … Saw his first action as a Tiger against Northwestern State and posted three knockdowns on 21 snaps … Recognized as a freshman All-America by CBSsports.com after the season.
