CAREER
Three-year starter on the defensive line for the Tigers … Played in 37 games, starting 24 times … Opted to forgo senior season and entered the 2017 NFL Draft where he was selected in the fifth round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers … Finished LSU career with 145 tackles, 18.5 tackles for loss and 12.0 sacks … Started the final 33 games of his career … Started at defensive tackle in LSU’s 4-3 scheme in 2014 and 2015 and then shifted to defensive end in the Tigers’ 3-4 alignment in 2016.

JUNIOR SEASON (2016)
Started all 12 games for the Tigers, leading all defensive linemen with 62 tackles … Added 8.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks for an LSU defense that allowed only 16 touchdowns all season, the fewest of any FBS team … Closed out LSU career with 4 tackles and a sack in 29-9 win over Louisville and the Citrus Bowl … In that game, he helped limit Louisville, the nation’s top-scoring offense, to a season-low nine points and to just 220 total yards … Had a sack in three straight games – at Auburn, Missouri and Southern Miss … Added a half-sack against Arkansas and then closed the regular season with a sack and 6 tackles in road win over Texas A&M … Opened season with a career-best 9 tackles against Wisconsin … Matched his career-high in win over Ole Miss as the Tigers held the Rebels scoreless in the second half of a 38-21 victory … Had 7 tackles the following week against Alabama as the LSU defense pitched a shutout for the first three quarters in a 10-0 setback to the Crimson Tide.
