Two-year starter and three-year letterwinner at tight end for the Tigers … Played in 35 games in LSU career, starting 17 times … Finished career with 23 receptions for 289 yards and 2 TDs … Graduated in December of 2016 with a degree in business … Three-time member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll … Played one season at Kilgore (Texas) College before transferring to LSU in the summer of 2014 … Originally attended the Air Force Academy and was halfway through basic training before having to return home due to a family illness … Opted to attend Kilgore College in the fall of 2013 where he was a member of the football team … Participant in the 2017 East-West Shrine All-Star Game, where he caught two passes for 36 yards for the East squad.

SENIOR SEASON (2016)
Played in all 12 games, starting eight times … Ranked fifth on team, and first among tight ends, with 11 catches for 157 yards and a TD … Caught at least one pass in LSU’s final six games, including two against Ole Miss, Alabama and Florida … Caught a 1-yard TD pass against Louisville in the Citrus Bowl … The TD against Louisville put the Tigers up for good at 7-3 early in the second quarter … Hauled in a 32-yard reception in third quarter against Auburn that helped setup a field goal that pulled LSU to within 12-10 … Setup an LSU TD against Missouri with a 18-yard reception down the 5-yard line where the Tigers scored two plays later.

JUNIOR SEASON (2015)
Played in all 12 games and made nine starts at tight end … Moved into the starting role at tight end with the injury to Dillon Gordon … Finished the season with 12 catches for 132 yards and one touchdown … Caught a career-high four passes for 46 yards at Ole Miss … Had a career-best 28-yard reception versus Eastern Michigan … Made his first career start at Syracuse … Caught his first career touchdown on a 1-yard pass from Brandon Harris against Auburn … Made his first reception as a Tiger in the opener against Mississippi State … Improved as a blocker on rushing plays where he helped LSU finish seventh nationally in rushing at 256.8 yards per game … Earned a spot on the SEC Academic Honor Roll.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2014)
Played in 11 games with no starts in his first season with the Tigers … Did not record a catch … Earned SEC Academic Honor Roll recognition.

PRIOR TO LSU
Played one season at Kilgore College where he caught 14 passes for 137 yards and a touchdown in 2013 … Attended Longview High School where he was used primarily as a blocking tight end … Recorded eight catches for 112 yards and a touchdown as a senior after posting eight catches for 132 yards and four touchdowns as a junior.
