2022 CSC Academic All-District Team
GRADUATE STUDENT SEASON (2022)
Appeared in all 30 matches and made 28 starts in her lone season with the LSU Tigers…made her fifth appearance in the NCAA Tournament after leading LSU with 6.48 assists per set (732 total) a mark that ranked No. 10 in the SEC…also turned in 106 total kills, 61 blocks, 13 aces and 1.23 digs per set (139 total)…registered a season-high 38 assists twice against No. 20 Arkansas (Sept. 21) and Rice (Aug. 27)…had a career-high 19 digs in the same match against Arkansas for one of her two double-doubles of the season…also registered a career-high six blocks at No. 15 Kentucky (Sept. 24)…named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
PRIOR TO LSU
Played at Ohio State from 2020-2021 after two seasons at Dayton in 2018-2019. As a Buckeye, Vondran helped the team reach the NCAA Tournament and back-to-back Sweet 16 appearances in 2020-2021. As a member of the Dayton Flyers, the Columbus, Ohio native paced the team with 4.67 assists per set and 308 total assists during the 2019 season. Vondran helped lead the Flyers to consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances after winning the Atlantic 10 Championship in 2018 and 2019.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played at Bishop Watterson…in her junior and senior seasons combined she recorded a .328 hitting percentage, 950 assists, and 179 kills…earned first team All-District honors in 2017 and second team laurels in 2015.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Chris and Tracy Vondran…mom played volleyball for Ohio State from 1989-92…father played at Ohio State from 1989-1991 …has two siblings in Michael and Clara…Michael currently plays baseball as a pitcher at the University of Mount Union.
