Prior to LSU
Pitched in the summer of 2022 in the MLB Draft League, a summer collegiate league that serves as a showcase for top draft-eligible prospects … as a member of the Trenton (N.J.) Thunder staff in the MLB Draft League, he recorded a 0.53 ERA in five starts and posted 15 strikeouts in 17 innings … allowed just eight hits and limited opponents to a .145 cumulative batting average.
