• Scored a team-high six runs in the College World Series; posted a .391 on-base percentage in the CWS that included two doubles and four walks … provided an RBI double in the third inning of Game 2 of the CWS Finals vs. Coastal Carolina
• Voted to the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional All-Tournament Team, batting .375 (6-for-16) with three doubles, one triple, one homer, six RBI and five runs
• In the NCAA Regional championship game win over Little Rock (June 2), Frey was 4-for-4 with two doubles, one homer, four RBI, two walks and two runs scored

• 5-for-15 (.333) in South Carolina series (May 15-17) with one homer, two RBI and one run
• Batted .400 (4-for-10) in Arkansas series (May 9-11) with one double, two homers, six RBI and four runs … provided walk-off sacrifice fly in bottom of 10th inning to lift LSU to win over Arkansas in Game 1 … blasted a three-run HR in Game 2 and drove in four runs

• Blasted a two-run homer in the eighth inning of the Game 1 victory vs. Alabama (April 17)

2024 Season
• Played in 34 games (nine starts), batting .228 (13-for-57) with three doubles, 10 RBI and six runs … started six games at designated hitter, two games in left field and one game in right field
• Provided a clutch lead-off pinch-hit double in the bottom of the ninth inning versus South Carolina in SEC Tournament semifinal (May 25) … the double led to the tying run that knotted the game, 10-10, and LSU went on to win, 12-11, in 10 innings
• Collected two hits and an RBI in win over Florida (March 22)
• 2-for-2 with a double and three RBI versus Xavier (March 9)
• Delivered a two-out, RBI double in the top of the ninth inning at Southeastern Louisiana (March 6) that narrowed the Tigers’ deficit to 3-2; scored the eventual game-winning run later in the inning in a 4-3 LSU victory
• Played in 25 games in the summer of 2023 for the La Crosse (Wisc.) Loggers of the Northwoods League, collecting five doubles, two homers, 20 RBI, 18 runs, 30 walks and five stolen bases
2023 Season
Played in 19 games (two starts in right field) as a true freshman, batting .263 (5-for-19) with one double, nine RBI and three runs scored … 2-for-2 with a double and three RBI vs. Central Connecticut State (March 4) … collected two RBI as a pinch hitter in the Tigers’ season-opening series vs. Western Michigan (Feb. 17-19).
High School
Ranked as the No. 1 catcher and the No. 2 overall player in the state of Louisiana by Perfect Game … No. 12 ranked catcher in the nation by Perfect Game … batted .487 as a senior at Rosepine High with 13 homers, 64 RBI, 39 hits, 37 walks and only 12 strikeouts … posted a .487 on-base percentage and a 1.188 slugging percentage … named Louisiana Mr. Baseball in 2022 and helped lead Rosepine to back-to-back state championships … also played quarterback for the Rosepine High football team.
