Pitched at LSU for one season (2018) before electing to transfer to another school … terrific athlete that didn’t really focus on baseball until later in his athletic career … an outstanding football player in high school, he has dedicated himself to baseball and has shown remarkable development over the past two years in junior college … brings a very aggressive mindset to the mound.

2018 Season
Appeared in 14 games as a reliever, posting a 1-0 record and a 16.00 ERA in 9.0 innings with nine walks and eight strikeouts … fired 1.2 shutout innings with no hits, no walks and three strikeouts at Southeastern Louisiana (Feb. 28) … credited with a relief win by recording one out against Tennessee before LSU rallied for a comeback victory (April 15).

Prior to LSU
Recorded 63 strikeouts in 35.1 innings in 2017 (25 appearances) with a 3-1 mark, a 1.27 ERA and seven saves in 25 appearances … earned 2017 all-conference recognition … fired 49 strikeouts in 37.1 innings in 2016, making 31 appearances on the mound … played three years of varsity football at Highland High School as a defensive back and outside linebacker.
