Excellent all-around prospect with a promising future at LSU … redshirted as a true freshman in 2005 … the 19th-round selection of the Kansas City Royals in the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft … batted .319 (15-for-47) with two doubles and four RBI in LSU’s fall 2005 intrasquad games.

HIGH SCHOOL
