2022 Season
Played in 40 games (15 starts), batting .195 (8-for-41) with three doubles, one homer, six RBI and seven runs scored … made all 15 of his starts in left field … scored three runs in the NCAA Hattiesburg Regional, including the winning run in the bottom of the 10th inning in a 7-6 victory over Southern Miss (June 4); Stevenson raced home from third base on Josh Pearson’s bases-loaded, fielder’s choice grounder to win the game … unloaded first career LSU homer vs. Georgia on April 30, a three-run blast … provided pinch-hit double in bottom of 10th inning vs. Missouri (April 22) and scored game-winning run on Cade Doughty’s walk-off single … 2-for-3 at Arkansas on April 16 with one double and one run scored … scored the winning run in LSU’s Game 1 win at Mississippi State (April 8); was hit by a pitch with two outs and one runner on base in the top of the ninth inning and eventually scored on Tre’ Morgan’s two-run single.
Prior to LSU
Batted .298 and collected four doubles, two homers, 18 RBI, seven stolen bases and 24 runs in the summer of 2021 for the Saugerties (N.Y.) Stallions in the Perfect Game League … named to 2019 LSWA All-State Team as a sophomore outfielder at St. Thomas More High in Lafayette, La., batting .417 on the year.

Parents are William and Stephanie Stevenson … Dad manages an oilfield company; Mom is a teacher at St. Thomas More High … has three older brothers – Will, Andrew and Matthew … brother Andrew was an all-American and all-SEC outfielder at LSU who played for the Tigers from 2013-15 and is currently an outfielder with the Washington Nationals … brother Will played football at UL-Lafayette for two seasons.
