A very athletic left-handed pitcher with stuff that is versatile enough to handle any kind of role … fastball has flashed up to 92 mph with hard, late-sinking life, but it is his outstanding breaking ball that sets him apart; his curveball is clearly a swing-and-miss pitch … registered 21 strikeouts in 18 innings with a .206 opponent batting average for the Danville (Ill.) Dans of the Prospect League in the summer of 2021.

Made 19 relief appearances, posting an 0-1 mark and a 4.24 ERA in 17.0 innings nine walks and 15 strikeouts … recorded a scoreless relief inning vs. Arkansas (May 1) … pitched one scoreless relief inning at Kentucky (April 11) … recorded three strikeouts in two-inning outing vs. Vanderbilt (April 1) … worked 1.2 innings vs. Oral Roberts, allowed one earned run with two strikeouts.

2020 Season
Made seven relief appearances on the mound, allowing no runs on one hit in 4.2 innings with seven walks and four strikeouts … limited opponents to a .071 batting average … recorded two strikeouts in one inning of relief on March 6 vs. UMass Lowell … fanned two batters in 0.2 inning on Feb. 26 vs. Louisiana Tech.

A four-year letterman at Liberty Christian High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society and the Mu Alpha Theta Math Honors Society … performed over 100 hours of community service during his high school senior year, and he made a mission trip to New York City during his junior year to work in a homeless shelter … a 2019 All-State selection, working 43.2 innings while recording 77 strikeouts and a 1.28 ERA … allowed just 18 hits in 183 batters faced … earned Academic All-State honors during his career … a member of the Area Code National Team in 2018 … participated in the Perfect Game World Series and in USA Baseball State Play … named the Liberty Christian High 2019 Most Impactful Player of the Year and the Pitcher of the Year.
