SENIOR SEASON (2006)
LSU’s closer in 2006 with a team-high 20 appearances; also led the the club with six wins … completed the season with a 6-3 mark and a 3.19 ERA in 36.2 innings with 20 walks and 29 strikeouts … pitched very well in final LSU outing vs. Alabama in SEC Tournament (May 26), as he worked a career-high 6.1 innings and limited the Tide to two earned runs on four hits with two walks and five strikeouts … recorded win at Florida (May 18), limiting the Gators to one hit in 2.1 scoreless innings with two Ks … relief win in SEC regular-season series Game 2 victory over Alabama (April 15), allowing one run on three hits over the final three innings with three walks and two strikeouts … earned save at Auburn (May 5), working the final 1.1 innings while allowing no runs on one hit.
