Versatile performer who had the ability to play all infield positions and catcher … had a polished left-handed swing with the ability to spray line drives all over the field … selected in the 40th round of the 2008 MLB Draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates.

JUNIOR SEASON (2012)
Played in 16 games (five starts), batting .167 (4-for-24) with one double, one homer, two RBI and five runs scored … launched a home run on Feb. 18 in win over Alcorn State.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011)
Played in 17 games, batting .143 with one walk and one RBI … drove in a run as a pinch hitter versus Ole Miss on April 2.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2010)
Played in 19 games, including eight starts at third base … batted .222 (8-for-36) on the year with one double, five RBI and six runs scored … 2-for-2 with one double, one RBI and one run scored versus Louisiana-Monroe (March 9).

FRESHMAN SEASON (2009)
Received a medical redshirt after undergoing Tommy John surgery on his elbow … appeared in one game prior to the surgery, launching a two-run, pinch-hit homer against Villanova (Feb. 21) in his only plate appearance of the season.
