CAREER
One of the unsung heroes on LSU’s football team in both 2016 and 2017 … Named a permanent team captain for the 2017 LSU football team … Flourished as a versatile offensive threat in the two years he played under head coach Ed Orgeron … Made key plays as a junior and senior in the running and passing game and was a steady contributor on special teams … Played in 27 games with six starts during his career and finished with 232 yards rushing and one TD and added another 347 yards and four TDs on 26 receptions … Added 19 special teams tackles and a fumble recovery … Originally signed with LSU as a defensive back … Transitioned from defensive back to wide receiver in the spring of 2016.

SENIOR SEASON (2017)
Played in all 13 games with two starts … As a wide receiver, finished third on the team in rushing with 232 yards and a TD on 28 carries … Averaged a team-best 8.3 yards a carry … Also finished third on squad in receiving yards with 285 on 21 receptions (4th on team) … Tied for team-high honors with three receiving TDs … Made a spectacular 14-yard diving touchdown catch from Danny Etling that helped spark LSU’s comeback win over Auburn … Gage’s TD against Auburn pulled LSU to within 23-14 just before halftime … Finished with 71 rushing yards against Auburn, which included a 70-yard run in the second quarter that led to LSU’s first touchdown … Scored LSU’s first points against Florida on a 30-yard jet sweep late in the first quarter in the 17-16 victory over the Gators … Led LSU in rushing against Florida with 52 yards on six carries … Tied with Derrius Guice for most rushing yards for the Tigers (71 on 2 carries) in comeback win over Auburn … Scored on a 34-yard TD pass from Etling against Troy and added an 11-yard scoring reception from Etling against Texas A&M that gave the Tigers a 13-0 first quarter lead … Recovered a fumble on Tennessee punt return that led to LSU’s first points in the 30-10 win over the Vols … Gage’s recovery of Tennessee punt gave the Tigers the ball at the Vol 15-yard line … Named, along with DJ Chark, as LSU’s 2017 Special Teams Player of the Year.

JUNIOR SEASON (2016)
Played in 11 games with four starts … Starts came against Missouri, Southern Miss, Ole Miss and Texas A&M … Had best game of career in win over Texas A&M, hauling in five passes for 62 yards and a touchdown … Caught a 9-yard TD pass from Danny Etling in fourth quarter against the Aggies to stretch the LSU lead to 47-25 … Contributor on special teams as well, finishing season with six tackles.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2015)
Played in the season opener at Mississippi State … Trained as a defensive back throughout the season.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2014)
