Competed in eight dual matches and four tournaments for the Tigers during his redshirt freshman season … Went 4-1 in dual singles matches, which includes wins in straight sets against Liberty, Jackson State and Alcorn State … Finished 3-2 in doubles, which included an 8-1 victory over Elliot Orkin and Maxx Lipmann of then-No. 15 Florida with Chris Simpson on court 2… Competed in the SEC Fall Classic, ITA All-American Qualifier, ITA Southern Regional and Key Biscayne Classic … Finished 2-1 in singles at Key Biscayne after defeating Tyler Gardiner of Michigan and William Ro of Denver … Earned his first varsity letter.
