GRADUATE TRANSFER SEASON (2022-23)
Played in all 36 of LSU’s games, starting in 30 during LSU’s National Championship season … Carson averaged a career-high 8.8 points per game throughout her final season of college basketball … Recorded her first career double-double in Bimini against UAB (12 pts. and 12 rebs.) on Nov. 26 and then had another one the following game against Southeastern (16 pts. and 10 rebs.) on Nov. 29 … Scored a career-high 25 points and made seven three-pointers in LSU’s win at Florida on Feb. 19, tied for the third most in program history … Saved her best performance for last in the National Championship … Coming off the bench in the championship game against Iowa, Carson caught a hot hand early and began the game 7-for-7 with five made threes, including a second-quarter buzzer beater to give her 21 first half points and LSU a 17-point halftime advantage en route to the National Championship.
