LSU Athletics has made significant upgrades to several athletic facility videoboards. To preserve the life of each videoboard as well as its operating system, videoboards will remain blanked at all times unless being used for an LSU athletic event (NCAA game/match).

The following policy has been created to properly support non-LSU athletic events. All requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the event date. This policy also applies to any and all entities outside of LSU Athletics.

• Open Practices
• Recruiting Visits
• Rentals
• Scrimmages
• Special Events
• Team Photo/Video Shoots
• Tours
• Other

Any request to utilize an athletic facility videoboard must be submitted via the online request form below:
