BATON ROUGE – The LSU Beach Volleyball team (11-2) remained at No. 3 in Tuesday’s AVCA Coaches Poll after going 4-1 over the weekend in Gulf Shores at the March to May.
The Tigers have spent the past nine poll inside the AVCA top-three as well as the past 44 polls inside the Top-10.
So far this season, LSU has five wins over ranked teams. The Tigers’ only two losses have come to Florida State who is tied for No. 1 in the latest poll with USC.
LSU will be home once again Saturday and Sunday to host the LSU Beach Invitational. The Tigers are set to host New Orleans, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, No. 16 South Carolina, Houston Baptist and Southern Miss.
